Every member must agree to the "CP Air Virtual Airlines Code of Conduct" and abide by it.

Members can not be management at more than one Virtual Airline at the same time unless approved by current management.

Only CP Air flights may be logged in the system. Those include - All flights listed in the actual schedules and weekly multi flights. No exceptions.

When logging pireps, you are not permitted to exceed 40 hours in a seven day period.

Members will NOT harass, slander, degrade, or take advantage of any member of CP Air Virtual Airlines or anyone else associated with flightsim in general, EVER.

Members WILL show the highest degree of understanding and class when representing CP Air Virtual Airlines in both public and private engagements. (ie, forums, emails, etc..)

Members will not represent themselves as management either internally or externally.

Every member of CP Air Virtual Airlines will attempt to create a comfortable environment for all people, without regard for race, religion, age, or opinion.

Members/Management will take into consideration every pilots needs/wants when making decisions and taking actions.

Agreeing to the following code is a condition of joining CP Air Virtual Airlines. This code is meant to encourage positive relations between members of our VA and the flightsim community worldwide.

The following are the minimum acceptable standards of behavior:

I will treat fellow members of CP Air Virtual Airlines, and the flightsim community in general, with dignity and respect.

I will not misrepresent myself to the members of CP Air VA, or the flightsim community in general.

I will not knowingly post in the CP Air VA forum, or any other forum, false or misleading information.

While I may not always agree with other member's opinions, I will respect those opinions.

I will not post grievances in the forum, I will instead handle the matter in private with other means such as email.

I will abide by the Terms and Conditions of Service noted when registering for the CP Air VA Forums.
Failure to comply with this Code or any part of the Operations Guide may result in suspension and/or termination of CP Air Virtual Airlines membership.
