This flight and some others in the HS748 have block times that are too short. a 30 minute flight for about 80nm requires an average in flight spee of 160 KTAS.
If one includes taxi and climb times and any type of approach, the cruise speed has to be at nearly full power (about 235 KIAS)in zero wind conditions. It is hard to believe that the actual EPA schedule was 30 minutes block to block unless the Vno was higher than 260 KIAS. Otherwise, the flights would have a hard time shooting any type of VFR maneuvering and approach.
